Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your use of this website and any preliminary conversations that follow. A separate written engagement letter governs any paid management relationship.
01 — Who these terms bind
This site is operated by Kitchen Aircraft Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("KAM," "we," "us"). By using this site, submitting the management consultation form, or otherwise communicating with us through the site, you ("you," "the visitor") agree to these terms.
02 — Nature of information on this site
Everything on this site — pricing bands, phase timelines, service descriptions and aircraft class definitions — is illustrative and preliminary. Nothing on this site constitutes:
- an offer to manage a specific aircraft,
- a binding fee quote,
- legal, tax, insurance, or airworthiness advice, or
- a warranty of airworthiness, safety, or regulatory compliance for any aircraft.
Website pricing reflects starting estimates only. Final scope, fees and responsibilities are established in a written agreement after an evaluation of the aircraft and operation.
03 — Scope of services
Kitchen Aircraft Management provides aircraft-management and administrative services. It does not sell air transportation, act as a Part 135 operator or automatically exercise operational control of owner or lessee flights. Pilot services, when available, are contracted separately from aircraft management and are subject to pilot qualification, insurance approval and the applicable owner's or lessee's independent selection. The final contractual structure is governed by the applicable written agreements.
This section is provided for general information and is not legal advice. It is flagged for aviation-counsel review before publication as binding terms.
04 — The management consultation
A management consultation is a preliminary, non-binding discussion based on information you voluntarily share. It is not an FAA airworthiness determination, an appraisal, a pre-buy inspection or a guarantee that the aircraft is legal to fly. Any observations reflect only what was discussed on the date of the conversation.
05 — How new engagements are evaluated
Prospective engagements are evaluated individually based on aircraft type, mission, location, operational complexity, required support and available management capacity.
06 — Use of the site
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization,
- use the site to solicit air transportation, brokerage, or charter,
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's copy, marks, or imagery,
- attempt to probe, disable, or interfere with the site's operation.
07 — Intellectual property
The Kitchen Aircraft Management name, wordmark, icon mark, page copy and design system are the property of Kitchen Aircraft Management, LLC. All rights reserved. You may link to public pages; you may not reuse the marks or copy without written permission.
08 — Third-party links & vendors
Where the site references or links to third-party services (aviation databases, insurers, maintenance vendors, payment processors, analytics providers), KAM does not control and is not responsible for those services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.
09 — Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." KAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing. KAM does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAM's total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). KAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
11 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAM harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you did not have the right to share.
12 — Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
The specific county venue (including any Palm Beach County reference) is intentionally omitted pending owner verification against the LLC registration and aviation-counsel review.
13 — Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
