Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your use of this website and any preliminary conversations that follow. A separate written engagement letter governs any paid management relationship.
01 — Who these terms bind
This site is operated by Kitchen Aircraft Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("KAM," "we," "us"). By using this site, submitting the Airworthiness Check form, or otherwise communicating with us through the site, you ("you," "the visitor") agree to these terms.
02 — Nature of information on this site
Everything on this site — pricing bands, phase timelines, service descriptions, aircraft class definitions — is illustrative and preliminary. Nothing on this site constitutes:
- an offer to manage a specific aircraft,
- a binding fee quote,
- legal, tax, insurance, or airworthiness advice, or
- a warranty of airworthiness, safety, or regulatory compliance for any aircraft.
Any figure or claim on this site is subject to review by our CPA and counsel before it becomes a term of an engagement.
03 — Scope of services
KAM provides Part 91 aircraft management: records, inspection tracking, vendor coordination, insurance-posture support, and owner reporting. KAM does not provide flight operations. Pilots-in-command are contracted directly by the aircraft owner. Where KAM acts as a liaison to owner-contracted crew, KAM does so administratively, not as an operator.
KAM does not hold itself out as a Part 135 certificate holder, an air carrier, a broker of air transportation, a flight instructor, or a designated airworthiness representative. Any service outside the written engagement letter is out of scope.
04 — The Airworthiness Check
The Airworthiness Check is a free, non-binding review of documents you voluntarily share. It results in a written status memo. It is not an FAA airworthiness determination, not an appraisal, not a pre-buy inspection, and not a guarantee that the aircraft is legal to fly. The memo reflects what the documents you provided show on the date reviewed.
05 — Referrals only
KAM accepts new engagements by referral. Client aircraft, tail numbers, and owner identities are never published on this site or elsewhere. If you were not referred, you may still contact us; we may decline to proceed without explanation.
06 — Standing gates
- All figures illustrative until the CPA confirms them.
- Nothing signed before the attorney clears it.
- Insurance framed as compliance support, never a warranty of coverage.
- Flight operations and aircraft management are separate engagements, always.
07 — Use of the site
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization,
- use the site to solicit air transportation, brokerage, or charter,
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's copy, marks, or imagery,
- attempt to probe, disable, or interfere with the site's operation.
08 — Intellectual property
The Kitchen Aircraft Management name, wordmark, heading-bug icon mark, page copy, and design system are the property of Kitchen Aircraft Management, LLC. All rights reserved. You may link to public pages; you may not reuse the marks or copy without written permission.
09 — Third-party links & vendors
Where the site references or links to third-party services (aviation databases, insurers, maintenance vendors, payment processors, analytics providers), KAM does not control and is not responsible for those services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.
10 — Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." KAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing. KAM does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAM's total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). KAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
12 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAM harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you did not have the right to share.
13 — Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14 — Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
