Kitchen Aircraft Management, LLC ("KAM") is the controller of personal information collected through kitchenaircraft.com and through direct correspondence that follows.

• Approximate annual flight hours
• Current crew structure
• "How can we help?" free-text notes

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser user-agent, referrer and pages viewed.
• Approximate location derived from IP (city / region level).
• Timestamps of form submissions.

We do not collect payment information through this site.

The website does not currently accept uploaded logbook pages, insurance declarations or aircraft documents. Any such documents shared separately by email are handled outside the website and are not covered by the automated collection above.

03 — Why we collect it

• To respond to your management consultation request.
• To evaluate fit before a paid engagement.
• To operate and secure the site.
• To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use personal information for advertising or profiling.

The site uses strictly necessary technical cookies to render pages and remember basic session state. Any additional analytics or measurement tooling is listed in the Data Collection notice. If a specific tool is not listed there, it is not currently deployed on this site.

07 — How long we keep it

• Inquiry submissions and correspondence: 24 months from last contact, unless an engagement follows.
• Engagement records: for the term of the engagement and seven (7) years after, or longer where law requires.
• Server logs: retained by the hosting provider according to its standard retention policy.

08 — Security

Access to personal information is restricted to KAM and its named advisors. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, but we work to minimize that risk and to notify you if we learn of a material breach affecting your information.
