01 — What the site collects, field by field

Airworthiness Check form

• Name — required. Used to address you and open a file.
• Email — required. Used to send the written status memo.
• Phone — optional. Used only if you ask us to call.
• Aircraft (make / model / tail) — optional. Used to prepare the review.
• Base airport — optional. Used to gauge logistics.
• Referral source — optional. Used to confirm the introduction.
• Notes — optional free text. Used only in the context of your inquiry.

Automatic technical data

• IP address (truncated after 90 days).
• Browser / device user-agent string.
• Referring URL and pages viewed.
• Timestamps of page views and form submissions.

02 — Cookies used on this site

• Session cookie — strictly necessary. Keeps your form entries during a single visit. Expires when you close the browser.
• Consent preference cookie — strictly necessary. Stores your cookie choices. 12 months.
• Analytics cookie — optional, off by default until you consent. Aggregate page views only. 13 months.

No advertising, retargeting, social-network, or cross-site tracking cookies are used. No pixels from ad networks are loaded.

03 — Third-party tools that may receive data

• Hosting — the site is delivered via a global CDN. Server logs (IP, user-agent, path) are retained 90 days.
• Form processor — form submissions are routed through an encrypted transactional service and delivered to a monitored KAM inbox.
• Email — a business email provider stores correspondence you send to us.
• Document storage — files you share (logbook pages, insurance declarations) are stored in access-controlled cloud storage with encryption at rest.
• Error monitoring — if enabled, captures anonymized technical errors (no form contents).

Each provider operates under a written data-processing agreement.

04 — What we do NOT collect

• Payment card or bank account information (no payments are taken through this site).
• Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or government IDs.
• Health information.
• Precise geolocation from your device.
• Contents of your address book, calendar, or files outside what you actively submit.

05 — Retention windows

• Inquiry & correspondence: 24 months from last contact.
• Server access logs: 90 days.
• Analytics aggregates (if enabled): 13 months.
• Engagement files (if we work together): term of engagement + 7 years.

06 — How to opt out or delete

• Analytics — decline the analytics cookie on the site banner, or send "opt out" to privacy@kitchenaircraft.com.
• Email — reply "remove" to any message and we will delete the thread within 30 days.
• Submitted documents — request deletion at any time; we will confirm in writing.

07 — Confidentiality of client aircraft

Client tail numbers, owner identities, and aircraft locations are never published on this site, in marketing, in case studies, or in conversations with prospects. Referrals are acknowledged only with the referrer's permission.
